When you spend a large chunk of time leading and healing others, tending to your inner world is also a priority.

When we take care of ourselves first, our clients and the world benefit. Our unresolved traumas can show up every day, even when we are in the space of doing our work as healers. This energy can show up when we give chakra balancing sessions, yoga classes, and energy healing sessions. If we don’t bring awareness to them, they fester, allowing our beliefs, judgments, and past experiences to impact the space we hold for our clients. Having a safe and unbiased place where you can sort through the obstacles that show up in your day-to-day life allows you to show up in a greater capacity for your clients as a healer.

To give others depth, we must first go deep ourselves. When you expand within yourself and reframe your limiting beliefs, you are able to hold a wildly expansive space for yourself and your clients to heal. Therapy holds the key to unlocking the continuous learnings about ourselves in every environment and allows us to see how we relate and respond to those around us.

Are you ready to show up more centered and authentic in your life and practice?

The space you hold for yourself is the space you hold for others

A new depth is at your fingertips

Hi, I’m Manisha

As a child, I was exposed to many Eastern traditions, like meditation, mindfulness, temples, and yoga. With each experience, I was able to open up to a deeper part of myself, this made me curious. I continued to explore different modalities of spirituality in my every day life. The consistency of these practices in my daily life impacts my awareness, allowing me to be more present in my life.

Outside of my spiritual practice, I was drawn to the academic world of Psychology and Spiritual Psychology, grounding what I already experienced through spirituality in science. My education and training gave me the tools to uncover more of myself.

Ah, my humanness and the puzzle of life was coming together.

My spiritual practices and background in psychology went hand in hand in deepening my experience and uncovering traumas that got in the way of my days. Each practice brought the other alive. I found my therapy sessions allowed me to broaden my horizons as a Reiki and Meditation practitioner. Both practices have delved me into a path of self discovery in ways therapy on its own didn’t always tap into. Therapy gave me the space to continue to explore and be curious of my spiritual world. My spiritual world allowed me to find more depth and meaning in my life.

I know that as a healer you are constantly bumping up against discomfort and triggers in everyday life with our loved ones and even our clients. Therapy is a safe place to bring your whole self to work through those obstacles and traumas.

Continued growth doesn’t have to come from spirituality or therapy. I’ve found having both allow each deeper. I believe we should be empowered to bring our whole selves to therapy—mind, body, heart, and spirit. When we have several tools to learn from and outlets to process our experience, the learning and growth can be endless.

Continued depth comes from continued learning

Processing our spiritual experiences in therapy helps us go deeper in ourselves and our spirituality—for ourselves and those we serve.
